Arwa Kassamali is a passionate Biomedical Engineer, with an executive MBA in Global Strategy. As a minority, immigrant, first generation female leader, she is passionate about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) and the impact of volunteering, mentoring, community programs, and ensuring there are key female representatives to make a difference in the future youth. Inspiring and supporting students, particularly girls from diverse backgrounds, to pursue STEM careers is a key part of her DNA. For Clear Direction Mentoring, Arwa will take on a board position role, champion organization growth and continue to advocate for STEM education, for female leaders in executive positions.
