Clear Direction Mentoring was founded in 2014 by a student outreach group at NYU and has since grown into a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are dedicated to empowering the next generation of STEMM leaders by supporting students from all backgrounds. By breaking down barriers and fostering long-term mentorship, we help our Fellows thrive and stay in the STEMM pipeline. None of this would be possible without our passionate and committed leadership team.
