CDM empowers students by providing:

1-on-1 long-term mentoring that pairs high school students (“Fellows”) with trained, socially conscious PhD-level mentors for academic, socio-emotional, and professional support immersive experiences

STEMM deep-dives and skill-building workshops within a community of passionate Fellows and scientists (monthly “Academies”)

Paid STEMM internships that are coordinated for Fellows

Exposure and networking with partner institutions to jumpstart student careers as STEMM professionals
