Become a Board Member
We are looking for a new Board Member with a financial focus! At CDM, we are currently trying to ensure the sustainable growth and expansion of our mission, including the recruitment of full-time staff. We are actively seeking to increase the diversity of skills and expertise of individuals on our board.
Our primary recruitment effort at the moment is for someone with financial planning, budgeting, and accounting expertise to help us make quarterly, annual, and five-year goals.
How to Apply:
If you are enthusiastic about our mission and have the skills to drive our fundraising efforts, we would love to hear from you. Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your fundraising and development experience to Paola@cleardirectionmentoring.org with the subject “Interested in Board Position”.
Become a Volunteer
Volunteers are local or remote individuals who can contribute to our organization in any fashion. We have many committees that we’d love your support on: Communications, College Readiness, Grants and Partnerships, and Donor Relations. Additionally, if you are interested in hosting or contributing to one of our Saturday Academies, you’re welcome to sign up to do so! All volunteers must be over 18, and sign our volunteer agreement and code of conduct. If your role necessitates one-on-one contact with a Fellow, we require a background check and additional training.
Become a Partner
Partner organizations help us accomplish all of our goals by providing financial sponsorship, in-kind donations of space or volunteers, and/or creating internship opportunities for our Fellows.
