Mark Ostrander, MPA
Mark Ostrander is the Director of Finance and Administration for the CU Anschutz Office of Access & Engagement and the Center for Community Health, where he leads strategic financial planning, operational strategy, and long-range sustainability efforts. He previously served as the Chief Financial Manager for the Institute for Behavioral Genetics at the University of Colorado Boulder and as the Executive Director and Special Advisor to the University of Colorado Board of Regents, overseeing governance operations and executive support for the elected board. Mark also served as Manager of Event Services for Denver’s Auraria Campus. Across his roles, Mark brings expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, fundraising, compliance, and program design, along with a strong commitment to collaborative leadership and building effective, community-focused initiatives.
