Rob Wietecha

Rob Wietecha is a former engineer turned educator and nonprofit leader who brings a diverse background in STEM, public education, and youth development to the Clear Direction Mentoring Board. After nearly a decade in engineering, he transitioned to teaching high school, where he has led equity initiatives and instructional improvement in public schools across Baltimore, Durham, and Seattle. He also co-founded a nonprofit connecting youth with enrichment opportunities and remains passionate about expanding access, building confidence, and helping young people chart their own paths. Rob lives in Seattle and enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors whenever possible.
